We are not in contract with any private insurance policies. Because of this we are able to provide you with the highest quality, one-on-one care that is focused on your personal goals without being limited by insurance regulations or co-pays.

What if I need to cancel or change an appointment? We understand that things happen. We ask that you try to give 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule an appointment.

What if I have a question about an exercise or treatment after my session? Call, text, or email at any time!

Do I need a home gym or specific equipment? No, we will bring all necessary equipment to your home each visit. If there is any equipment you would like to purchase for home we will be happy to help offer recommendations.

Do I have to be considered "homebound" to receive services? No, we are not a home care agency and therefore are not limited by those Medicare regulations. We provide outpatient therapy services in the comfort of your home.
